These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our Practs pages on practs.com and to your purchases of Practs strips. Practs is operated by Jalok LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("Practs", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.

1Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. We only ship to the area described in our Shipping Policy: 46 of the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to Washington State or Nevada at the moment.

2Our products

Practs strips are dietary supplements. Statements about our dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Read each product's label, directions and warnings before use. If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before using any supplement.

3Product information

We try to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, amounts and warnings. The label on the product you receive is the reference. Colors and images on screens may vary slightly. If something on our site is wrong, we may correct it at any time.

4Prices and set prices

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place your order. One tin of any Practs strips is $49.99.

When your cart holds several tins of Practs strips, in any mix (Rise, Focus, Calm, Rest, Gut, Glow and Biotin), a set price is applied automatically in your cart as a discount on each tin. No code is needed:

• 2 tins: $80.00 ($40.00 a tin)
• 3 tins: $109.50 ($36.50 a tin)
• 4 tins or more: $35.00 a tin (4 tins: $140.00; 5 tins: $175.00)

The Full Day is 4 tins (Rise, Focus, Calm and Rest), so it is $140.00. Only tins of Practs strips count toward a set price. One set price applies per order, and discounts can't be combined unless we say so. The total shown in your cart and at checkout is the price you pay. Discounts can't be exchanged for cash.

5Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, if the shipping address is outside the area we serve, or if there was an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund you in full.

6Payment

You agree to provide accurate payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

7No subscriptions

Every order is a one-time purchase. We do not enroll you in any subscription or recurring charge.

8Shipping, refunds and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Our 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order, refunds and returns are described in our Refund Policy.

9Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, comment or photo, it must be honest, about your own experience, and must not include anyone else's personal information. We may publish it with your first name and last initial, and we won't edit its meaning. We don't pay for positive reviews.

10Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't try to disrupt it or access it without authorization, and don't buy our products to resell them without our written permission.

11Intellectual property

The Practs name, logos, labels, text, images and site design belong to Jalok LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without permission.

12Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, the site and its content are provided "as is". Our products come with the commitments in our policies and with any warranties that the law gives you and that can't be excluded.

13Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Jalok LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This section doesn't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court, or takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

15Changes

We may update these Terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
